Second year in a row at Bryce Canyon that I didn’t get what I wanted. What I did get was grey overcast skys. The sun made a tiny glow on the horizon for about 1 minute and that was it.
I don’t regret getting up before sunrise and standing out in the cold. There is something amazing about being outside and soaking in the fresh air, sounds, smells, and scenery. Something I appreciate more and more the older I get. I forget how refreshing being outdoors is.
