Monica and I went to high school together. More specifically we had high school physics together and she was always my lab partner. Pretty sure I contributed to her passing that class. Don’t worry, it’s never too late to thank me Monica:) So we have both lived in Cedar for quite a while and this town really isn’t that big. You are bound to run into people sooner or later. I saw Monica a few times, but figured she wouldn’t really remember me. I even attempted to say hi once. She will give you a different story. Her version of the story goes like this. She saw me at some town event, tried to get my attention, even walked toward me telling her husband “there’s Parker, we were friends in high school.” And I promptly turned around and walked away. Now, I don’t recall that event, but Monica gave me lots of crap for it.
When she was looking for a photographer in town, she was pleasantly surprised to come across my website. She emailed me which started something like “you probably don’t remember me, but…” and then chewed me out for that time I totally blew her off. Monica, you are awesome. Thanks for not holding that incident against me.
